This completely renovated 1st floor, corner-unit condo, steps from the ocean, is the perfect spot to spend your Florida beach vacation. Wake up to a beautifully updated kitchen, enjoy countless amenities the community has to offer, then unwind on the back porch with a glass of wine while hearing waves crash in the background. Its truly the perfect way to spend the day.
Within the gates of our vibrant oceanfront community, you will have access to a Par-3 nine-hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, an oceanfront bar and restaurant, an outdoor tiki-bar (which is the locals favorite hang-out spot), tennis courts, a full-size gym and over 3,500 ft of pristine beach.

The Space:
A Wave from It All is completely renovated with luxury vinyl floors throughout. The kitchen is spacious with a stainless-steel appliance package, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink and all the kitchen essentials to make you feel right at home. The condo has an open concept and a large bedroom with king size bed. There is also a full-size washer and dryer as well as a dedicated workspace, for those that are required to login during the day. The condo also has a bar area equipped with a 12-bottle wine fridge.
Location:
A Wave from It All is located in Ocean Villas 1 within the Ocean Village Community. Its desirable location is in the heart of all the action. A tennis court is located right behind the unit and the soon to be completed club house, putting green and Hole 1 of the golf course is located to the left of the building.
